What happens to the invoices you upload, and what you control.

Processed in India: Invoices are read by Gemini on Google Cloud Vertex AI in the Mumbai region (asia-south1).
Not used to train models: We use Vertex AI as a paid Google Cloud service, and your documents are not used to train models.
You choose how long files are kept: Immediate wipe: the uploaded file is deleted as soon as it has been read, and the result is kept for a short time (24 hours unless we change it) so you can still review and export it. Or keep: file and result are kept for the number of days you set, up to a limit. There is also a cap on the number of pages stored per account; when it would be exceeded, the oldest documents are deleted to make room. You can change the choice in your account; it applies to files uploaded from then on.
Delete everything now: One button in your account deletes every finished document, file and result, at once. You can also delete a single invoice.
Stored on our own servers in India: Files, results and account details are stored on servers we run, in India.
Passwords are stored hashed: We never keep your password itself, only a hash of it.
Email confirmed before use: A new account must confirm its email address with a code before it can upload files, buy pages or make API keys.
