Saffron Scroll is a product of RCS Tech LLP. These terms apply when you use the Saffron Scroll website, app and API.
What the service does
You upload invoices; we read the fields, run checks and show a result marked Verified or Needs review, with reasons. The result is an aid, not advice. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it for accounts, tax or payment. Handwriting and poor photos may be misread.
Your account
Confirm your email address before use and keep your password and API keys private. You are responsible for what is done with them. Only upload documents you are entitled to upload.
Pages and payment
- The service is prepaid. One page credit is used for each page read. Prices are on the pricing page; GST is extra.
- Every pack of pages has a validity. Unused pages expire at the end of it.
- Expired pages are not refunded and are not carried over.
- A read that fails, and a file you send a second time, are not charged.
Your data
You choose how long files are kept, and you can delete them at any time. See the privacy notice. We do not sell your data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or send unlawful content. We may limit or suspend an account that does.
No guarantee
We work to keep the service running and the reading accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pages in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
